Barclays PLC Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card Pennsylvania

- - took over my US airways reward credit card. We got lots of information asking us to activate our cards with AA to receive special offers. We paid off our US airways card and did not activate the new - cards because we did not want to take part in their offers. Now I am getting harassed about owing a fee on a card I do not want.
