We paid the last payment ( -/-/- ) on our Hyundai Finance Account for our - Elantra. We have made at least 3 calls to find out where our title ( lien release ) is. The customer service person said they sent it to our old address, which has been off our billing paperwork since -/-/-. I asked Hyundai to re-mail the paperwork to the correct address. ( which I gave them ) I am still waiting for my lien release and our overpayment taken from our bank account.
