I applied for a transfer balance credit line to consolidate my large amount of debt. I was not notified that i was approved, but instead Chase bank made a low payment without my approval to the line of credit they chose. I was not aware of this payment until i received a bill in the mail. I applied because i was trying to reduce my monthly payment while on a financial hardship, not to add another payment to my bills. If i would have been given the option i would have declined this low offer. i do n't apply to credit cards expecting them to make purchases for me. This is fraud and i do n't agree with it.
