My credit account with capital one bank has been restrict because of fraud issue I spoke to many managers and nobody can resolve the problem. Had a three way conversation with my water bill so they can confirm that I 'm the right person. After verify ask me for more personal information. Sent and they told me that has been receive and have to wait 3 days after that when I call they keep saying that never receive anything. Bad service has capital one bank
