I have a credit card from capital one bank for many years they restrict my account because of a " fraud issue '' I waste my time going to the bank branch and the manager call custome service directly after sent all the information they said will take upto 3 days has been more than - months and capital one is reporting as negative in my credit report. Every time I speak at the customer service they make me send my personal information again and it 's not resolve yet!!!!!
