I have met and continue to meet the payment requirements however it has been placed in collections. I did initially fail to meet the payment obligation however paid the previouse month and current month -/-/- as per a phone conversation with the point of contact. - - who works for - - I experessed to her I don want this to hit my credit she said no problem just pay the last month missed and the current month and continue to pay on time from now on so I have and -/-/- it was placed in collection on my credit report. I continue to pay and have all receipts if needed however they report every month I make a payment. I want this pulled off my credit report since they are continueing to accept the payment terms as discuss as well as the fact I have not missed or been late since -
