Equifax Credit reporting department,

Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Nevada

I did a dispute with the equifax. I was living with my parents as a - under the age. I was living with my mom 2 to 3 years prior to this company reporting on my credit when I became of age they told me I had to go on the lease as a tenent and was only - they said even because I was staying there I was not paying rent and was a - - still in School. They attached the balance of the bill on my credit report this is affecting me to get a place and continue on with my life, They attatched this reporting to my moms credit as well and she is the responsible Party. I do not believe I should be held accountable for this bill Im just trying to start off and it has effected me greatly.
