I kindly ask that if you could please do a courtesy adjustment of my previous - sign up offer to your recent - - points promotion. I recently contacted you and was offered - courtesy adjustment, and I truly thank you for that. But at the same time I had - friends who had the same situation and simply called American Express and received - - points match in both instances. I simply ask that considering they were able to receive the higher courtesy match, I kindly request a match to that.
