I took out a loan with - it was a HUD loan. It cost me $35000.00 at closing and I was told that was the cost of buying the house at $270000.00 because it was a - loan. After almost 2 years fighting with the contractors due to bad quality of work, - - gave the contractor an additional $5000.00 of my money, against my approval, to sign off the any waivers to complete the work. The work was never completed and warranty issue developed bad quality of work and no one came to fix the problems.
