i went into chase back to get change the teller asked me for proof that i had a chase account in order to give me change i gave her my chase credit card as proof she gave me the change when i got home i was looking at my account online as saw that she took out $100.00 out of my credit card as a cash advance when in fact i did n't withdraw any money i went into the branch they acknowledged that the teller had more money in her draw then she was supposed to have and that they will credit me as soon as the charges clear on my account i called the branch a few times trying to speak to the manger with no call back as of yet and no credit
