I have had a Barclays credit card for years, in addition I have - delinquencies on my credit report. Barclays mails offers for 0 % interest on balance transfers ( for credit card ). I took up the offer and transfers $2700.00. dollars. On - -, I received a letter in the mail that my limit is being lowered because I had a - fico score from - ( - ). According to - - is good credit and with - delinquencies, I feel Barclays card is now hurting my score by lowering my credit limit, by a unjust means. They are using a ROBO style decision that will hurt - 's of people applying for school loans, insurance or even jobs. I feel if you dig deeper, Barclays is looking to lower their credit exosphere because of the recent failed capital requirements. They are cutting and hurting highly qualified people like myself. I take great pride in my credit and I now with lower credit limits, they will cost me higher rates, higher insurances so they can show they have enough capital. This not fair, and personally working in financial credit risk for - years, if you looked at their practice, a lot would be exposed.
