I AM SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT ABOUT DISCOVER BANK ONLINE. THEY DO NOT REQUEST ANY FORM OF ID TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT WITH WITH THEM AND SOMEONE FRAUDULANTLY OPENED A BANK IN MY NAME AND STARTING WRITING OUT FRAUDULANT CHECKS AND BOUNCING THEM. THEY SHOULD REQUIRE A LICENSE AND A UTILITY B BILL BEFORE OPENING ANY ACCOUNTS AND THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. THEY EVEN HAD THE WRONG MIDDLE INITIAL
