On - -, 2016 Santander Consumer USA received a cashiers check in the amount of $21000.00. Santander claims they did not receive the check. Attached is a certified receipt from the -. Postal Service proving the check was received. Also, attached is a clearance code showing the funds are available. On - -, 2016 a representative from Santander requested I fax in proof the funds were available. The clearance code and bank information was faxed to Santander. ( See Attachment ) The check was written by my brother, - -.
