Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account District of Columbia

Dear CFBP, Chase Bank has been abusing me as a customer. They have failed to account for my mortgage payments correctly. Chase lists that I have paid $2900.00 to my principle but my average principle payment per month is about $500.00 so this figure should be $6000.00. Also, Chase has mismanaged my mortgage banking records since -/-/- and it has taken me over - calls and - emails and faxes to get my basic mortgage accounting records added up correctly. This faulty accounting and mismanagement of my mortgage payments is illegal. Thanks, - -
