Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Michigan

My loan service company is Discover Student Loans. -/-/- and -/-/2016, Discover made unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account without my permission and without actually crediting my loan with the money removed. - the amount was $130.00 and -/-/- the amount was $140.00. I have attached screenshots of my bank account records as proof. When I asked them to return the money, they said they had no record of the transactions and asked for bank records, which I provided and I 've attached here. They rejected the bank records and said to check with my bank for a " remittance report. '' My bank did not know what that was, but still provided me with a more detailed record of the fraudulent withdrawals. I forwarded this information on to Discover and still have not gotten my money back. Discover basically stole almost $300.00 from my bank account and is stonewalling any attempt by me to recover this money. My bank was able to reverse the -/-/- charge, but due to the -/-/- charge being over 60 days old, they can not reverse this charge and I am left to Discover 's mercy to get my money back. I have attached the additional information given to me by my bank for the outstanding -/-/- charge.
