Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan Pennsylvania

I am unable to make teh required payment on my private student loans from Navient. I have requested that they only contact me via mail on this matter and that they no longer contact third parties ( friends and family members ). They continue to do so however, and are claiming in their most recent letter that tehy can do so. I 'm attaching that letter and my response. Thanks you.
