I used my Macy 's card -/-/-. I never received any electronic or paper statements to let me know I had a bill. The first time I was notified of any amount due was -/-/-. When i realized I immediately paid the bill and called them, they did waive one of the late fees also. I did not realize what an effect this would have on called and I called them to complain and they did waive one of the late fees, I also asked them to remove the negative report on my credit but they refused to do so. I feel this is very unfair, they agreed that they had n't notified me of any payments due, because when I opted our of e pay back -/-/- I had not told them how I wanted to be notified of a bill. I told them that they should n't not send anything and why did I need to opt in to receive a bill. Please help me resolve this.
