Regions Bank is reporting a fraudulent credit card account on all three of my credit reports. -, -, and -. I have disputed this account with all three credit bureaus and Regions Bank several times, and requested investigations. All - credit bureaus informed me that Regions Bank verified and confirmed that the account belongs to me. I have not received any proof or documentation from Regions Bank that confirms this account belongs to me. I also submitted copies of the police report indicating that my personal information such as Social Security Card, Driver 's License, Birth Certificate, and briefcase that held all my credit cards, debit cards, and check book was stolen.
