Barclays PLC Credit card department,

Advertising and marketing Texas

I have opted out permanently on the FTC site from credit card offers, however I have just received one in the mail. I was hoping either you could help me or you could point me in the direction of who could, in terms of filing a complaint, getting this issuer to stop sending me offers ( they include no opt-out number in the offer ) and finding out how they were able to send me this offer when I 'm opted out. Any help you could offer me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
