Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan Missouri

For over a year I have tried to work with - -/Navient to take care of my student loans. I am unable to pay the exorbitant amount for my students loans. I 've filed paperwork to try and pay interest only, I 've used all forbearance, and do not plan on going back to school to further my loan debt. They refuse to help me out, even after multiple financial statements the most they could lower my bill is $10.00 when my payments total $450.00. After my most recent attempt they have called no less than 7 times a day, this go around it 's been the last 5 days and counting. I 've answered the phone and asked them to stop continuing to call when I 'm trying to take care of my bill but they refuse to help. I 've tried to consolidate my loans to get away from them and they are n't able to be consolidated due to the type of loan ( from my understanding ). I 'm tired of the stress of constant calls and not being able to fully pay my bill but I am trying to make some sort of arrangements that they are not willing to accept. This is entirely unacceptable and I should be able to have options to pay my loans back without defaulting, since I am willing to pay something! I have a friend who is having the same issues and they told her since her credit cards are n't maxed out she can pay her bill?!?!
