01. I am an amazon customer. I have been shopping from amazon online since 2012. I have been making a good number of purchases each year - buying, renting textbooks and other stuffs etc. 02. Amazon does have commercial and financial relations with Synchrony Bank. I was offered by Synchrony Bank as a customer of Amazon.com. 03. - these organizations did hide potential costs partly and charged with intentional fees, not honest error ( without fault ). Synchrony Bank charged me with late fees and others costs, even it had my checking account and authorized by me to withdraw due balance from checking account. But it did n't withdraw, instead imposed late fees on my account. 04. As an amazon customer, I attempted to explain the course of dealings with amazon over 5 years. It was reluctant to listen and it said, it does not have relation with Amazon. Now my question is - how did Synchrony Bank get information? 05. It charged me $53.00 as membership fee. It 's okay, if it would provide the service $53.00 can afford. It did worse than I thought. I have no problem with - - and - -, in a term - Great service. 06. Structurally designed components discriminated me, only intellectual individuals will be able to comprehend that.
