Discover loans sent me a letter regarding a ruling that CFPB made in - -, - regarding the illegal activities that Discover was engaged under the - - -. The ruling clearly states that I should receive up to $300.00 for tax preparations for - and -, but they chose to give me just $75.00 credit per year. My tax preparation costs are a lot more than $300.00 and surely more than the $75.00. So I want to make sure that Discover pays the $300.00.
