The company " Navient '' recently raised my monthly premium with no communication or authorization from me. Navient employees harassed me with phone calls, some times as many as 6 a day stating I was past due on my account even though I authorized them to withdraw a specific agreed upon amount on a monthly basis for specific amount of time. Also, the company " Navient '' does not offer sufficient payment options to their customers. For example, the only option to pay online is a withdraw from a checking account.
