Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

I have a loan with Southern Finance located in - - I have never been over 30 days late on the payment. We advised the manager - and the other worker - that I work overnight. When we were not able to pay on the due date or before they would call that is expected. I have a sleeping issue and I am not able to go back to sleep if I am disturbed so we wrote a letter and she dropped the letter off at the office in the drop box in - prior to us making our - payment - - came due. they started to call. On - - they called my cell phone before -! I was very angry. I got into an argument with my wife about it. But then she told me that she did drop off the letter. She called the office immediately and we spoke to - and - confirmed she got the letter.We also discussed the payment. I have a very - and they woke me up I had less than 5 hours of sleep I cant be doing that. I -. I will honor my bill. sometimes I need to


be late sometimes. but not 30 days she has been upset about this I am not sure of my balance but I will pay it off soon. I just aint have about it. I hurt my hand that day and I just ca n't have someone waking me up I have a harrd time Me and my wife talked about it and decided to have me turn off my phone during the day but that just wont work cause I have drivers that need to be able to get in contact with me by text for emergencies. so I need your help Please let me know what I can do so they wont call my cell phone. anymore sometimes I just got ta get my sleep please let me know thanks you
