When I got this loan in - it was promised by both the bank and dealer that if I made payments on this vehicle for twelve months they would then lower the interest rate on this vehicle loan. This never happened. It is now - and the rate is still excessively high and does not qualify for refinancing. This bank is very misleading and I can not wait to get rid of the loan.
