Volkwagen - - and Volkwagen Credit, made an improper " hard '' credit inquiry in 2014 resulting in subsequent adverse credit decisions including denial of credit or higher interest rates. I authorized - inquiry during an application of the lease of a vehicle. I contacted the reporting credit bureaus who referred me to Volkswagen Credit and its agent, Volkswagen - -. To date, only Volkswagen Credit responded and refuses to remove the inaccurate data. I do not dispute that I applied for the loan and authorized a credit inquiry. The dispute is about the number and timing of the other unauthorized inquiry.
