My problems with this company began over a year ago -/-/-. There are numerous issues involving this company, that have escalated in that time. I began to dispute fraudulent charges and fee 's, that were being charged by this company to my account. This dispute followed a phone call, from a representative located in one of the off-shore call centers. This particular individual, actually attached comments to my account, that were completely false. I was made aware of the lies, do to a letter that I received from Chase, concerning the account. Numerous letter have been sent to the company via USPS certified mail. Although, I had disputed, what I still believe are fraudulent charges, I continued to make a monthly payment via the company 's website. On - -, -. I attempted to log into my online account to make a payment and was denied access. - -, I placed a call to this company, seeking answers to why I had been denied access to the account. The call had to be transferred a total of four times, before reaching an individual who could answer my question. Upon reaching this individual, I was informed that my account had been


to make monthly payments and had full intentions to pay what I knew for a fact were legitimate charges. I can prove that this company received a payment every single month, until they chose to deny me the ability to make a payment. Dealing with " specialist from the executive office '' was a complete waste of time. I was continually lied to. They refused to supply all of the requested documentation, sending only documentation that reflected their narrative. Refused to address phone calls, including those that originated from off-shore call centers. In the past year, I have been faced with fraudulent charges and/or fees. This company has reported fraudulent data to the credit reporting companies. It is my firm belief that documents have been alter to fit the company 's narrative. I have been subjected to harassment, numerous attempts of intimidation. I have been subjected to discrimination by this company. The actions of this company are unbelievable and unacceptable. Proving by the actions and words of those that represent the company, that they are unscrupulous, unethical, lying thieves. Those that represent the company need to grow up. Stop with the abusive behavior. This company seems to believe they are beyond the laws. This company needs to explain, why they have denied me the ability to make payments on this account and then began issuing additional threats concerning not receiving a payment. Why is it okay for this company to record a phone conversation, however, it is not ok, if the consumer wants to record the same conversation? What are they attempting to hide? They expect to be shown common courtesy and respect. Yet, refuse to offer the same to consumers. Admittedly, any common courtesy and respect on my part has diminished greatly over the past year. I also have reason to believe that my personal information may have been compromised by this company.
