Took out a home equity line of credit with - - in -. In -, - - transferred the servicing of the loan to Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC . The principal balance of $0.00 was noted by Ocwen in a letter on -/-/- and the account was closed on -/-/-. I received a letter from them stating that they were drafting a Satisfaction document to send to the county for Lien Release/Satisfaction on -/-/-. To this date this has never been done. Ocwen is telling me that they have not received all necessary documents from - - to complete the process and - - claims they do n't know what Ocwen is talking about. And I still have a lien on my house!
