My Serve prepaid debit card account was closed. In this account I had funds confiscated without cause. Nor was I able to get any honest and forthcoming answer as to why my account was closed or when the funds would be returned to me. I have asked on numerous occasions for copies of or access to my billing statement. To this day I have not received anything.
