I was told I would get a refinance with no points or lender fees. I had conversations with the agent regarding no fees. When the broker sent the me the loan docs ( with no walkthrough or help ) he tried to attach $1500.00 lender fees into the existing loan, effectively increasing the amount owed. When confronted, he became confrontational and defensive.
