Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Massachusetts

I finally received the report on - - -. Neither me nor the bank understands what the report means, or why I have a low score. Nothing in the report indicates why I would be a high risk client for a checking account. I would like my record to be completely expunged from ChexSystems by no later than - -, - ( 30 days since requesting the report ). If not, I will be forced to hire a lawyer to investigate ChexSystem 's compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and file a dispute for each false claim by ChexSystems.
