I am asking for assistance on a modification or reinstatement. Their is an amount of - due for a note of $5000.00 an i 'm offering to pay $5000.00 and commence payments of $200.00 a month with the intention of paying all past due withing a year with a Refinance. This company is refusing to help stating it to short of the time per Sale Date -/-/- even though I have provided all documentation. I have proven the death of my mother and my hardship. Please Help!
