I would like to file a complaint about my loan servicer ACS educational services. I submitted an IBR form online which was not accepted electronically. I submitted hard copies of my - as well as their form. The years have not processed it. I repeatedly spoke to them and resubmitted the former following their instructions and their guidelines. They keep sending me reasons why they can not process my IBR. I have not had this problem with my other loan company - -.
