Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Maryland

On - -, -, I requested a Full File Disclosure report from First Advantage Consumer Center and their parent company/partnership Lexis Nexus. The First Advantage background reports I receive contained inaccurate information more specifically criminal records that did not belong to me and was disputed as inaccurate back in -. I immediately contacted First Advantage to dispute the inaccurate information and was told I could not dispute because an employer did not order a background check. I explained to First Advantage the consumer has the right under the FCRA to order copy of any files you contain within your database and the right to dispute inaccurate information. To date First Advantage has refused to removed the inaccurate criminal record and address associated with my name. I do not have or use any alias my name is not - - - and the courts records do not show my social security number or address associated with said criminal records.
