i gave santander consumer usa the vehicles back i agreed to not challege the guy when he pick up the vehicles. I have since started to pay some of the money back i pay them - dollars per month. I m a retired postal worker - dollar is all i can afford at time. the problem is the account is a charge off account. Every month they are still putting a negative report on my account. this account was charge off in -/-/-.By law can they continue to give a negative every month like they are during.
