Other bank product/service Problems caused by my funds being low Virginia

This was at a first citizens bank on -/-/16 at time - i made a deposit - which - was cash at - i made a withdraw of - from a atm the bank charge me a - overdraft fee i ask them about it and all i got was a run around so they stole - bucks from me
