I wanted to get tax info on my auto loan and it was not available on the website so I called the number on my bill and the website from my loan ( CapitalOne-- ). When I called I was subjected to ads and offers from - companies ( -, -, etc ) then was told that the number had been changed to - -. This was another ad for - with no end to the loop. I just got out of the hospital and need to get this my answers quickly as I have no stamina. Can you please check into this and see that they correct the phone number or change it so people can get " Customer Service '' from a representative?
