On - - 2016 I contacted Harley Davidson regarding a trade line that has been listed on my account. I do a show here that they deleted the Tradeline, however, they did not delete the inquiries. I have never owned a Harley, nor have I ever applied for one. Please listen to the attached recorded call as Harley Davidson can NOT find me in their system, yet they continue to report negative information on my credit report. Please also find attached letter that I have sent to try and resolve. At this point I feel that the damage has been done and Harley has violated FCRA and FDCPA, which to my understanding entitle me to around $1000.00 per violation + attorney fees. I do not wish to litigate, but am prepared to do so if this issue does not get resolved expediently. I am requesting that Harley Davidson not contact me by phone and only do so by USPS Certified mail or via the CFPB Portal. Looking forward to a hopefully uneventful resolution. - - -
