My name is - -. I took auto loan with TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES for a new TOYOTA RAV 4 from - Toyota, - -. and never missed a single payment and always paid little more. I was in an accident -/-/- and the car was a total loss. I already made payment for -/-/- payment. My auto insurance paid - -/-/- i.e. - % of the total loan value and I did file for GAP insurance claim on time for the remaining amount of - My GAP insurance paid off the remaining and amount and thus my complete loan was paid off date -/-/-. Today dated -/-/-, I checked my credit report and TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES reported a late payment and it dropped my credit score by - points. I am under immense stress. I in need URGENT and DESPERATE help resolving the issue. Please.
