on case # -, i received the modification of promissory note & the payments are not correct. I have attach a copy of the recast agreement that I signed in -. It clearly state with the recast my mortgage payment and estimated monthly escrow payment of - ( which is still effective ) that the total monthly payment is - and without recast the total monthly payment is -. I have been requesting the recast payment since - and Ocwen still has not gotten it right. This modification is without the recast. I WANT THE RECAST PAYMENT.
