Citibank HELOC team informed me that they would correct my late payments once my account was up to date. The representatives were trying to help me modify my HELOC. The process did not work and I ended up paying every penny back on my own. It 's been a while and I am trying to buy a home, my mortgage broker told me this account is holding me up. Can someone help me? Please.
