- -, - we requested a Balance Transfer with American Express to pay off our - bill in the amount of $7300.00 They instead sent the payment to - - and we DO NOT have a - Penny card. We disputed it several times and in - - they did a Balance Transfer to - as originally requested but they refuse to credit me back for the original $7300.00 that went to - -. They are forcing me to pay the original transfer of $7300.00 to - - and I do n't even own a - - account.
