Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Minnesota

Navient is a predatory lender. My student loan I took out on -/-/- Loan number ending in - also attached at 3.75 % interest that was until - - - set at 3.75 % has now been raised to 4 % interest rate! This is completely absurd to raise my interest rate. Also I am on an auto pay program and still they have raised my loan rate. Secondly I was charged a ridiculous repayment fee for my loans. A fee to start paying back my loans on top of the consolidation of all the interest. Navient over the years has harnessed me with bill collector phone calls and pushed me around to other customer service representatives time and time again and has never resolved my issues with the repayment fees. This lender is charging absurd amount of extra money on top of already getting - of dollars from me.
