WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH OUR MORTAGE COMPANY. WHEN WE PAY OUR LATE FEES THEY ARE NOT BEING APPLIED AND NOW WE HAVE THIS LARGE AMOUNT DUE IN LATE FEES..WE HAVE CALLED AND WE GE THE RUNAROUND. WE WANT TO KNOW WHERE IS OUR MONEY THAT WE ARE PAYING.
