I sent Chase a letter on -/-/15 to inform them that I finally had a job and could start making monthly payments but not the amount they wanted. I used the sample letter on your website and I have not heard from Chase. They have stopped sending monthly statements and when I call they inform me that I am in collections but no one from collections has contacted me. I do n't want the loan to default and I would like to start making payments.
