On -/-/-, American Express billed me for a balance transfer to - - for -. I recently ( - - - learned from - - that they never received a balance transfer from American Express, and my account with them ( - ) was never credited. - - concluded their investigation and requested American Express provide them with the ABA number and complete account number the funds were sent to. American Express was unable to provide the requested information stating that their records did not go back that far. I have since paid the - account in full - -. I have been paying on the $2000.00 transfer since that time. It then is my understanding that the balance transfer never occurred, if American Express does not have evidence to the contrary. I am requesting American express credit my account including any payments, paid interest and fees occurred on the $2000.00 / balance each month beginning - - to current. I would like a detailed statement showing each month what dollar amount was credited. I will then pay any outstanding balance to maintain my credit account with American Express and remain in good standing..
