Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania

On - - I called Citizens Bank to inquire as to why my account was in overdraft and the service rep asked me to hold and kept me waiting for 12 minutes. When they returned I explained to them that I am currently unemployed and as a courtesy would they stop debiting my account of the daily $7.00 overdraft fee. The customer rep then told me it was my fault, laughed at me and hung up the telephone. I d already made a payment of $44.00 for a $20.00 overdraft and the current overdraft total is now over $50.00.
