My loan was with Citifinancial it opened before - - but that was the balance then. I called continually to work something out with them. No one could find the loan and I would get transferred and cut off. It was an old charge off from my divorce at one time. I wanted to get it taken care of. the # then was - address was - - - - - sc -. It was under my old last name - - -. Now I am - - -. after attempts I would get someone and they finally had me call - and accepted $4000.00 to dept, offer settlement and said they would forgive loan and mail me forms to file with my taxes. I talked to - and her " boss '' on - mail - by end of month put the ck to citifinanceial acct - and write that on envelope and check. address was the same as I wrote above. I still have copy of the check so I know it went through. I was to call and check in 10 days. No one could tell me anything and kept getting cut off. I checked my credit report and now I have a loan citifinancial opened - - and a - - citifinancial for -. I do not know what to do. No one helps me and I even sent a long letter like this. HELP. - - -. If I do not refinance my home in the next 2 years, I will lose it. Right now I ca n't because of this. my phone is - address is - - - - mn - email is --. Please help me
