I co-signed a student loan for a friend and the loan was sold to debt collection agency called National Enterprise Systems in Ohio after default. The Collection agency fraudulently obtained my bank account information and withdrew - withdrawals from my bank account in the amounts of $1400.00 and $1100.00. I did not give the collection agency my banking information or permission to withdraw money from my account.
