Other bank product/service Problems caused by my funds being low Massachusetts

I 've been a loyal customer with Paypal for over 12 years and would like to remain so if this is issue is resolved. Paypal charged my credit union twice when I never authorized them to. My credit union charged me - overdraft fees costing me $52.00 because of their actions. I will like Paypal to please have the courtesy of resolving this issue by calling me directly and paying for this over draft fee because of their actions.
